The Ground Rail Large Format Fiber Metal Laser Cutter is a versatile and powerful machine that can cut through a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. We have introduced ultra-large size ground rail fiber metal mechanical equipment to satisfy the needs of our clients for cutting ultra-large size metal plates.
With a huge working size capable of cutting large plates and a stroke of 140003500mm, any specific size may be designed. Precision YYC helical gears are used to drive the X and Y axes of the gantry beam, which is made of high-strength aluminum alloy.

Machine Feature：
The flying optical path, synchronous drive of the bilateral gear rack, and integrated moving structure of the laser and beam are all features of the high-performance, large-format BST LASER CNC laser cutting machine. The configuration of an enlarged workbench along with the optimized Siemens CNC system for laser cutting in Germany increase the humanized operation, and the movement is steady and dependable.
- Laser onboard structure: Ensure that the laser cutting head may move to various positions while maintaining the same high level of precision in the laser cutting.
- A moving double beam is propelled by both sides in between the guide rails. A laser, a laser electrical cabinet, an external optical path system, a waterway gas control system, a Z-axis box, and a cutting head are all installed on the beam.
